The theoretical and practical training was held at the Mt Kenya innovations community hub on 4th & 5th March 2023. The training was based on the production of plant-based dairy products\ baking using only plant-based ingredients \ Preparation of nutritious tasty whole plant-based meals with high sensory appeal \ School nutrition, recipe development, menu restructuring & budgeting \ Recipe development using available food ingredients \ Plant-based nutrition, dehydrated fresh produce & vegan awareness \ Factory farming in Kenya and its effect on human health, climate change & food security.
