Since 2016, our 12000 contracted farmers have different varieties of avocado which we aggregate and process crude avocado oil. The waste peels are carbonized to manufacture briquettes and the slurry feeds black soldier flies. The crude oil is sold as a raw material for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and domestic refinery industries. Animal feed processors uptake the black soldier flies while both retail and wholesale clients buy the briquettes. Farmers use climate-smart agricultural technologies to produce avocado fruits on a minimum of 2 acres, 80% women, 15 % youth, and 5% men. Our social impact addresses various SDGs.
