Agrisafe is a social enterprise promoting beekeeping as an economic resilience option among smallholder beekeepers. Smallholder beekeepers are mobilized and organized to collectively produce and sell. Agrisafe guarantees a market for their products. Climate adaptation practices are adopted and promoted to contribute to a reduction of greenhouse gases. Social impact is achieved through practices of beekeeping as improved food security and nutrition among others have been witnessed among those practicing beekeepers. To date, the organization has over 300 beekeepers and bought over 7MT worth of KSH 2.4M of honey from beneficiary beekeepers.
