Alpine Agribuz Ltd processes avocado oil using dried avocado fruit. Their system is a basic setup put together locally which involves drying the fruit and pressing it into oil. They currently have 5 ongoing contracts to deliver oil to certain areas in Europe.
Aside from producing and packaging avocado oil for cosmetic services, they are using their driers to dry various vegetables in bulk such as onions and carrots without oxidizing them.
