Promoting Innovations Networking Climate Action for Youth (PINCA-Y) is an initiative implemented by Mt. Kenya Innovations Hub in Nakuru County with an aim to replicate it in other counties across Kenya. The program is funded by DanChurchAid and focuses on empowering young people to actively engage in climate action through enterprise development. Currently, PINCA-Y supports over 300 youth engaged in 26 youth-led enterprises operating at the intersection of ecological restoration and the circular economy. The 2026 coalition meeting builds on previous convenings and aims to further translate knowledge into action by fostering deeper collaboration, identifying financing pathways and strengthening linkages within the ecosystem.
