Operating across Nyandarua and Laikipia Counties,the enterprise combines sustainable honey farming with tree nursery operations,producing KEBS-certified Highlands Natural Honey alongside seedlings for ecologicalrestoration. Their customers range from individual households to government institutions,reflecting the credibility and reach that founder Janet Wairimu has built over more than adecade of consistent, quality-driven work. The flagship Highlands Natural Honey brand is aproduct of careful value-chain development and a deep commitment to natural, certifiedproduction standards.
Beyond the products themselves, Coupon Investments carries a broader social mission.Janet is an entrepreneur who has made the empowerment of youth, women and personswith disabilities a deliberate part of how the enterprise operates. By creating opportunitiesfor these groups within the beekeeping and seedling value chains, Coupon Investmentsconnects ecological restoration to economic inclusion, showing that green enterprise andsocial equity are not in tension but can reinforce each other powerfully.
