How PINCA-Y Is Helping Transfo Green World Reach More People and Customers
For Transfo Green World (TGW), a member of the 2026 PINCA-Y cohort, strengthening these areas has become an important part of its growth journey.

TGW is an agri-environmental organization working to promote climate-smart agriculture, environmental restoration, agroecology, clean energy, circular economy and climate education. Through this work, the organization engages farmers, communities, institutions and other partners to create sustainable livelihoods while addressing environmental challenges.

But before joining the Promoting Innovation Networking Climate Action for the Youth and Women (PINCA-Y) Program, TGW faced challenges that limited its ability to grow its reach.

"The challenge: Getting the work seen."
Before PINCA-Y, Transfo Green World faced challenges in digital visibility, customer outreach, communication and the effective use of digital tools to grow and manage its activities. Its online platforms had a smaller audience, while its customer base was also limited. For an organization with work spanning climate-smart agriculture, restoration, agroecology and the circular economy, this created a gap between the work being done on the ground and the number of people who knew about it. PINCA-Y helped begin closing that gap.

"Turning digital tools into growth."
Through mentorship and digitalization sessions, the TGW team strengthened its understanding and practical use of digital tools, online communication, customer engagement, branding and digital marketing. The focus was not simply on being present online. It was about becoming more intentional about how digital platforms could support the organization. The team began using social media and other digital platforms more strategically to showcase its work, communicate its value, reach potential customers and build relationships with institutions, private organizations and individual clients. This shift has translated into measurable growth.

"The numbers tell the story."
Since joining PINCA-Y, Transfo Green World has recorded significant growth across its digital platforms and customer base.
- Its Twitter/X following has grown from 1,090 to 1,940, an increase of 850 followers or 78%.
- Its WhatsApp contacts and community have grown from 200 to 498, representing an increase of 298 people or 149%.
- Most significantly, the organization’s customer base has grown from 113 to 510 customers, an increase of 397 customers or 351%.

These figures show that the impact of digital capacity building can extend beyond online visibility. When used strategically, digital tools can help organizations connect with new audiences, build relationships and create opportunities for growth.

"From visibility to market reach."
For Transfo Green World, the growth in customers is particularly significant. The increase from 113 to 510 customers demonstrates that the knowledge gained through PINCA-Y is translating into practical organizational and business growth. The program has helped TGW view digitalization not simply as a communications function, but as a tool for visibility, networking, customer acquisition and sustainable growth. This is important for youth-led enterprises working in the green economy. Strong climate solutions need strong pathways to the people, communities, partners and markets that can help them grow.

"Building confidence for the next stage."
Beyond the numbers, PINCA-Y has also strengthened Transfo Green World’s confidence and capacity to use digital tools strategically. The organization is now better positioned to communicate its work, engage customers and build stronger relationships with institutions and other partners. For TGW, this represents an important shift: digitalization is no longer simply about having an online presence. It is becoming part of how the organization communicates its value and builds its future. As Transfo Green World continues its work in climate-smart agriculture, environmental restoration, agroecology, clean energy, circular economy and climate education, the skills gained through PINCA-Y will continue to support its ability to reach more people and create greater impact.

"What happens when capacity meets opportunity?"
Transfo Green World's experience shows one of the key ways PINCA-Y supports youth-led climate enterprises. Mentorship can provide knowledge. Digital skills can provide new tools. But when those skills are applied consistently and strategically, they can translate into tangible growth. For Transfo Green World, that growth can already be seen in the numbers: 850 new X followers, 298 additional WhatsApp contacts and 397 new customers. These are more than statistics. They represent people reached, relationships built and opportunities created. As part of the 2026 PINCA-Y cohort, Transfo Green World is showing what can happen when young climate entrepreneurs are equipped with the skills and confidence to make their work more visible, accessible and market-ready.

The journey from visibility to impact starts with being seen. For Transfo Green World, PINCA-Y is helping turn that visibility into growth.
